Community Guidelines

360 Convos offers this site as a service to exchange ideas, tips, information, and techniques with other 360 Convos readers.

The site is here for the enjoyment and benefit of all. Like any site, it is most valuable when participants follow basic guidelines and courtesies. These 360 Convos' guidelines, as well as the terms of use, are the acceptable standard to follow when commenting, sharing photos, videos or responding to the webmaster or the site in general.

For everyone’s benefit please stay on topic. Please refrain from discussing personal matters, heaping abuse on any company or product, or, in general, refrain from posting in a manner unrelated to the forum topic.

Don’t post content you do not have the right to post or that infringes a third party’s trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy, or other right.

Personal attacks are not acceptable. Your opinions are welcome, but personal attacks and harassment, also known as flaming, are not acceptable.

Please make sure that you don’t detract from anyone else’s experience. In particular, don’t post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties.

Please communicate clearly so everyone can understand you. Avoid using slang, “net speak” or any other wording which might be difficult for all users to understand. We are a diverse community and seek to provide a comfortable environment where you can get help from other users like yourself. This can only happen if we can understand each other.

This site is a service to 360 Convos readers and is not intended for the promotion of third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Advertising not posted by the webmaster is prohibited. In particular, posting advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation is not tolerated.

Don’t try to intercept, harvest data, attempt to hack or break into non-public parts of the site, or delete, tamper with, or revise any comment posted by anyone else.

Protect your information. Don’t post sensitive, personal information in your comment such as a credit card number or Social Security Number, or anything else that defies common sense. If anyone asks you for personal information, such as an account number, address, password or credit card number, do not provide it. If you are asked for this information, please notify 360convos (at) gmail (d0t) com.

Writers, guest bloggers, and most people who are commenting are trying to help, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it. If the advice sounds wrong to you, do not try it.

We do not commit to monitor on a daily, weekly, monthly or ongoing basis. Should you see something that you feel does not represent the spirit of the site please contact us immediately at 360convos (at) gmail (d0t) com. 360 Convos reserves the right to edit and/or remove any comment containing or linking to material that violates the terms of use and may terminate your right to comment on this site.
